Privacy Policy — JessLoop.com JessLoop (“JessLoop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our WhatsApp Business Platform services and related products offered via jessloop.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 1) Who we are & scope This Policy applies to: Account holders (“Users”) who register on JessLoop (e.g., businesses, agencies, resellers). End-users who interact with our Users via WhatsApp or other integrated channels. Controller vs. Processor. For User account/billing/website analytics data, JessLoop is the data controller. For End-user message data processed on behalf of a User, JessLoop acts as a data processor and the User is the data controller. 2) Information we collect A. User (account) data Identification & contact: name, business name, email, phone, address. Account & billing: login credentials, plan details, payment method (tokenized), invoices, transaction logs. Business verifications: documentation required by Meta/WhatsApp or applicable law. B. Usage & technical data Device, browser, IP address, time zone, language, pages viewed, referring URLs, and events needed for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies). C. End-user data (processed on your behalf) Opt-ins/consents, contact identifiers (e.g., phone number), conversation content, templates, delivery/read events, automation attributes, tags, and files exchanged through messaging flows. D. Integrations (optional) If you connect third-party tools (e.g., CRM, payment gateways, analytics, LLM/chatbot providers), we receive data necessary to enable the integration as authorized by you. Consent responsibility: Users are responsible for obtaining all required consents from their End-users before sending messages or processing personal data via the Platform. 3) How we use information Service delivery: Provision, configuration, and maintenance of the Platform; message routing; template management; automation; reporting; customer support. Compliance & safety: KYC/verification, fraud prevention, audit logs, enforcement of Meta/WhatsApp policies and applicable laws. Communications: Account notices, operational updates, billing alerts, security notifications, and—with your consent—product news and marketing. Improvement & analytics: Usage insights to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience. Legal bases (where applicable): performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. 4) Sharing & disclosure We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with: Service providers / subprocessors under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email/SMS providers, analytics, LLM/chatbot infrastructure) bound by confidentiality and data protection terms. WhatsApp/Meta and other channel providers as necessary to deliver messaging services and to comply with their policies. Legal & compliance: Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights, Users, and End-users. Corporate transactions: In case of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to continued protection of the data. A current list of material subprocessors can be provided on request. 5) Cookies & tracking We use essential cookies for security and session management; functional cookies for preferences; and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly without essential cookies. 6) Data retention User account & billing records: retained for as long as the account is active and thereafter as required for legal/accounting purposes. End-user message data: retained per your configuration, contractual needs, and applicable policies (e.g., WhatsApp template retention rules). Support interactions & logs: retained for a reasonable period to investigate issues, improve services, and meet legal obligations. When retention ends, data is securely deleted or anonymized. 7) Security We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices, network security, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; we encourage Users to maintain strong passwords, enable MFA where offered, and protect API keys. 8) International transfers Your data may be processed in locations outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) to protect personal data during cross-border transfers. 9) Your rights Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, export, object to, or delete your personal data. Users: Contact us using the details below. End-users: Please contact the business (User) you interact with; as processor, we will assist the User in fulfilling valid requests. You can also manage email preferences by using unsubscribe links where available. 10) WhatsApp & channel policies Use of the Platform is subject to WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies, and applicable Meta terms. Users must ensure lawful collection and use of End-user data, proper opt-ins, and compliance with template/quality standards. 11) Children’s data The Platform is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us for deletion. 12) Data Processing Agreement (DPA) For Users requiring a DPA, please contact us. We will provide our standard DPA including subprocessors, security measures, and transfer safeguards. 13) Changes to this Policy We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision.
